agitating the agitator
Our heroes awake the next morning by the sound of a town crier proclaiming loudly that the culprits of the bombing have been caught and their trial is set for 10 o clock that morning. The dastardly villains are extremists of the Cult of Ulric.
Other than that, the adventurers are also quite shocked by their Butler who casually reports he found and killed a Skaven while it was trying to break into the cellar. He beheaded it. Markings on it's wrist identify it as belonging to Clan Eshin, the assassins.
After breakfast and planning, the crew splits. One part will head to the Koningsplatz to witness these so called bombers execution while Mandred & Felix head to the University Square where the Agitator Mayer Gauss will be speaking (see previous reports).
When they arrive on the square of the University, Mayer Gauss already has a large crowd surrounding it which is quite riled up. Tha Agitator talks about the crimes – real or imagined – that the cult of Ulrican has perpetrated against Sigmarites. Alleged massacres and persecutions of Sigmarites in Middenland, Hochland, Nordland, and Talabecland are featured in the agitator’s inflamed rant, including several references to the Bösel massacre. The agitator leads the demand for their Emperor to make a presence and vanquish the Ulrican bandits across The Empire. The mob cheers in response.
The temper of the mob is rising to fevered pitch as the agitator continues on, without actually telling them what to do he makes accusations and insinuations untill the crowd grab their pitchforks and torches and head towards the Chapel of Ulric. There they drag the priest and his two initiated out of the temple and hang them. After that they set fire to the building.

The Black Sheep hanging
Meanwhile the rest of the crew went to the Königplatz, next to the castle, to witness the execution of the so called church bombers.
In attendance are almost the entire Altdorf population, several officials, including the captain of the guard, several knights, Arch Lector Kaslain of Nuln, the Theogonist Locum Tenens, Chancellor Karl Heinz and several others. The alleged culprits are declared heretics and hanged amidst much pomp & fanfare.
Curiously, the Big Bad Wolf, Karl Heinz, looks not very pleased at the executions. An anonimus pries of Sigmar in the back however has a wicked gleeful smile on his face.
After the hanging, the adventurers reconvene at the university. However, they notice the enraged mob as they set fire to the Ulrician Temple. At that time, Mayer Gauss tries to sneak away. the heroes follow him and a frantic pursuit ensues...

chase the Devil...
Seeing he is being followed. The nasty agitator makes a break for it; He quaffs some kind of potion, giving him uncanny speed. First he tries to escape trough the building of the famous Altdorf Press. He dodges and weaves trough the dangerous, heavy machinery. When someone comes to close to him, he throws bags of Dwarf Flash Powder in their face.
Next he runs down the Koningsplatz & Volkerweg, a busy market street, where he upsets a nutsellers' cart and released a horde of penned up pigs. Still in the lead, he runs to Die Alte Kaizer Brucke where he jumps in the River Reik and dives underwater to a sewer-pipe. The sewer exits in the Necropolis in the Reikerbahn District where he tries to hide and sneak away in the cover of a thick mist. From there he heads to Toadseller Lane in the Singelfinen District where he dissapears in the muddy streets. They follow his trail to an old, abandoned warehouse...
